Find your perfect size in 2 steps
Step 1: Measure your foot
Rest your heel against the wall.
Mark on the sheet the point where your longest finger ends.
Measure the distance from the wall to the mark using a ruler or tape measure.
Step 2: Find your size
Using your measurements in centimeters, find the right size in this table.
