Orders are prepared within 2-5 business days. Delivery times depend on the destination:

• Europe: 2-5 days
• Rest of the world: 3-7 days

What is your exchange and return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request an exchange or return. We make it very easy through our portal → https://fewi.outvio.com. You can also review our return policy here
How do I make a return or exchange?
Simply access our portal, https://fewi.outvio.com. Enter your order details and follow the steps. No emails or calls.
Are shipping and return costs included?
Shipping is free on purchases over €85 (Spain and several European countries).
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product.
FEWI
What is FEWI?
FEWI is a modular sandal system. You combine:
One sole + One insole + Interchangeable uppers = dozens of looks with just one pair of sandals.
How does it work? Is it secure?
Each upper attaches to the sole using our simple numbered system. It’s quick and secure: it won’t come loose while walking.
Are the sandals comfortable?
Very much so. The sole is ultra-light, and the Pure insole is washable, ergonomic, and super soft. They’re perfect for travel, walking, or everyday wear.
What sole styles are available?
- Bio Sole (flat, wood-effect)
- Wedge Sole (mid wedge, lightweight)
Can I buy uppers separately?
Yes, of course. You can keep growing your collection of uppers to create more looks with the same sole.
How do I clean my FEWI?
• The insole can be hand washed or machine washed.
• The uppers can be cleaned with a damp cloth.
• The sole is easy to clean with a cloth.

When do you launch new collections?
Frequently. We regularly release new uppers, new colors, and sometimes new soles or packs.

What should I do if my size is out of stock?
If an upper or size is sold out, you can leave your email on the PDP so we can let you know when it’s available again.

What does FEWI do to be more sustainable?
At FEWI, we believe in more conscious consumption: thanks to our modular system, you can combine uppers, soles, and insoles, using a single sole for multiple looks. This helps reduce waste and avoids buying full pairs that won’t be fully used. Plus, our orders are shipped in recyclable packaging.
What materials are FEWI sandals made from?
We use leathers certified by the Leather Working Group (LWG), ensuring tanning processes that are respectful of the environment. We also work with recycled materials and responsible production processes.
Can I extend the life of my FEWI?
Of course: the FEWI modular system lets you refresh the look of your sandals without needing to buy a full pair. This way, you make the most of each component, extend the product’s lifespan, and reduce your environmental impact.
