RETURNS:

You have 30 days from delivery to complete your request for return/exchange of size. You can do this easily on our returns portal. Check all the information here

Uppers:

Leather and Synthetic Materials: Clean with a cloth dampened with water and neutral soap. Do not use abrasive products or immerse in water.

Split leather: Apply a dust repellent spray after purchase to keep the material in optimum condition. In case of stains, dry clean with a curly sponge.

Satin: Due to the delicacy of this material, we recommend cleaning with a damp towel, avoiding excessive rubbing.

Insoles:

Resistant and Washable Material: Machine washable without risk of deterioration.

Floors:

Maintenance and Cleaning: Clean with a damp cloth to remove dirt effectively.
